Dynamic Visualizations

Dynamic visualizations are interactive plots that allow you to filter and focus on regions of interest. These plots are optimized for WGS workflows and require app result data from the Whole Genome Sequencing or Tumor Normal BaseSpace Sequence Hub Apps.

NOTE

The color profiles in the dynamic visualizations are different from the colors in the static visualizations.

Description

Structural Variants

Structural variants are represented by the following colored lines and symbols.

Translocations—Yellow diamond
Inversion— Blue-green semicircle
Deletion—Blue triangle
Insertion—Purple inverted triangle
Tandem Duplication—Fuchsia circle

Normalized Coverage

Coverage plot for the tumor in Tumor-Normal cases, or the sample itself in Germline cases. In cancer samples, the copy number gain and loss colors are reversed compared to germline samples.

Germline sample
Red—Copy number loss
Blue—Copy number gain
Grey—Non pass call
Green—LOH
Cancer sample (Tumor-only or Tumor-Normal )
Blue—Copy number loss
Red—Copy number gain
Grey—Non pass call
Green—LOH

B Allele Frequency

Variant Read Frequencies for the heterozygous SNPs in a matched normal sample in a Tumor Normal case, or the sample itself in a Germline case.
