Using Dynamic Visualizations
To display dynamic visualizations, select Show Visualization from a case subview tab. Use the following options to interact with the visualization.

Zoom into a chromosome of interest. As you zoom, the yellow area on karyogram decreases. |

Select the chromosome drop-down arrow and select a chromosome. |

•

Select the chromosome in the SV Variants visualization. |
|
•
|
Select the Zoom increase or decrease icons. |
|
•
|
Pan the visualization by clicking and dragging or by selecting the left and right arrows on the karyogram. |

Select an item in the SV Variants or Normal Coverage visualization to view additional information about the item. |

Enter a gene name in the Gene field to search for a gene of interest. The visualization zooms to the gene, highlights the gene boundaries in blue, and displays the Genes in Range information box to the right of the visualization. |

In the Genes in Range information box, select Reset to remove the gene selection. If you have panned or zoomed the view, select View to snap back to the selected gene. |

Select a region in by holding the Shift key while clicking and dragging. The visualization highlights the range boundaries in blue and lists the overlapping genes in the Genes in Range information box to the right of the visualization. |

In the Genes in Range information box, select Reset to remove the range selection. If you have panned or zoomed the view, select View to snap back to the selected region. |
