Manage Settings Files

Use the settings menu to manage settings files. You can change the default file label, select a different reference genome, download the original file, or delete the settings file.

Select the Settings

icon. Alternatively, select the Account drop-down arrow, and then select Settings.

Select the tab that contains the files you want to update.

[Optional] Change the default label. The labels for case-specific annotations and preferred transcripts cannot be changed.

Select Edit in the panel containing the file you want to relabel.
Enter the new label in the File Label field.
Select Save.

[Optional] Change the reference genome.

Select Edit in the panel containing the file you want to change.
Select a new reference genome.
Select Save.

NOTE

Only Custom Annotations and Region Lists contain a reference genome.

[Optional] Download a settings file:

From the panel containing the file you want to download, select Download File.
Select Save.

[Optional] Delete a settings file.

Point to the panel containing the file you want to delete.
Select Delete () .
Select Delete to confirm the deletion.
