Add Targets by Uploading Files

Select the File tab.

Select a Target Type:

•

Gene

•

Coordinate.

Select an available File Format.

Acceptable gene file formats are *.csv and *.tsv. Acceptable coordinate file formats are *.csv, *.tsv, and *.bed.

[Optional] Select the appropriate file format name to download a file template and enter gene or coordinate data in place of the sample entries.

Note

Do not change column headings. Follow the format of the sample entries included in the template.

Select Select a File and navigate to the appropriate file.

Select Submit.

DesignStudio validates the file and displays error messages for any entries that contain errors. After all the errors are fixed, return to step 5 to reimport the file.
