Review and Approve Associations

1. From the Associations tab in Knowledge Network, select one of the following status boards:
In Progress—Variant associations in progress.
Ready to Review—Variant associations assigned to a reviewer.
2. Select View for the association you want to approve.
3. Review the association and evidence.
4. Perform any of the following actions:
Approve—Approve and enable the association. Enabled associations appear in Variant Details for variants in the case.

NOTE

Approved associations are not automatically updated in cases that are in progress. To update the case with new associations, use Get New Associations.

Reject—Reject and disable the association.
Edit—Change association details.
Modify Criteria and Evidence—Add, edit, or delete criteria and evidence.
Send for Review—Assign the annotation to another reviewer.
