Edit Subject Information
Add information about each subject represented in the VCF. You can add or edit any subject metadata before the case is submitted. After the case is submitted, you can only edit the indications.
| 1. | Open the associated case and then select the Subject Info tab. |
| 2. | Select Edit Subject Info. |
| 3. | Modify the subject and sample metadata as needed. For more information, see Subject Info. |
If indications are modified after the case is submitted, the software recalculates the phenotype overlap and updates the default filter views. New, unlocked filter views are unchanged.
| 4. | Save your changes using one of the following options. |
| • | To save the subject info, select Save. |
| • | To save the subject info and submit the case for interpretation, select Submit. |
| 5. | To return to the case, select the name of the analysis result. |
