Missing Sample Information |
Sample data for the subject is missing. |

QC Override |
A user performed a manual QC override on data that did not pass QC thresholds. |

QC Pass |
Secondary analysis has been completed for the sample and has passed the QC thresholds defined by the test associated with the case. |
|
QC Warning |
Secondary analysis has been completed for the sample and has failed one or more QC thresholds defined by the test associated with the case. |

Ready for Analysis |
Data is uploaded and linked to the sample. |
|
Ready for Processing |
Sample data is loaded in the case |
|
Ready For Sequencing |
An external Sample ID has been associated with the sample and is ready for sequencing. |
