Literature Search
TruSight Software automatically performs a search for literature related to the variant and provides a summary of the results on the Literature Search page. Add selected publications to a queue for attaching to associations as evidence.
Literature Search is linked from the Gene Details tab. The following actions can be performed on the Literature Search page:

Review the publication summary. The PMID is linked to the publication. |

Sort and apply filters to the list. The number of literature results for each filter is displayed in parentheses after the filter name. |

Add the publication to a publication evidence queue, and then attach the queued publications to new associations. |

|
Add a comment. Comments are tied to the PMID. |
Literature Search Queue
The literature search queue contains publications selected from the literature search page. When adding publication evidence to an association, enter the publication PMID or select a publication from the search queue.
