Sample Dendrogram File

The sample dendrogram comma-separated value (.csv) file (SampleDendrogram_M#.csv) contains the clustering information for the samples. It is available if there are sufficient samples and amplicons to run the sample clustering process. The file displays these 4 columns:

Distance of new cluster

Number of elements in new cluster

Each line defines a new cluster; the file defines the clustering structure. At the start, each amplicon belongs to its own cluster, with IDs 0 through <number of amplicons - 1>, inclusive. Line X of the dendrogram file defines a new cluster with the ID <X + number of amplicons - 1>.
