Analysis Output

To view analysis output:

When analysis is complete, select the Projects tab in BaseSpace Sequence Hub.

Select the project where the app results are stored, and then select the analysis.

Navigate through the following pages to view the analysis results.

Summary—General information about the analysis session, including log files.

•

Reports— Combined Variant Report(s) and the Metrics Output Report.

•

Inputs—Overview of input settings.

•

Files—Output files.
