To view analysis output:

When analysis is complete, click the Projects tab in BaseSpace Sequence Hub. |

Click the project where the app results are stored, and then click the analysis. |

Click through the following pages to view the analysis results. |

Analysis Info—General information about the analysis session, including log files. |
|
•
|
Inputs—The samples and settings specified for the analysis session. |
|
•
|
Output Files—Output files for the matched tumor-normal pair. |
|
•
|
Analysis Reports—Analysis reports for each matched tumor-normal pair. |
