Introduction
The BaseSpace Tumor Normal v4.0 App performs subtractive variant calling to detect somatic variants in a matched pair of tumor and normal samples. The app uses the following enhanced tools for analyzing sequencing data:

| • | Manta for large indel and structural variant calls. |
| • | Canvas for somatic copy number variant calls. |
