Workflow Requirements
The app has the following workflow requirements:

Mate-pair and other reverse styles of paired-end sequencing are not supported. |

The minimum read length is 32 bp. |
|
•
|
A data set large enough to yield 10x coverage after alignment is recommended. A minimum number of reads for 10x coverage plus 5% to account for unaligned reads is also recommended. |

|
A data set with yield not to exceed 90x coverage after alignment is recommended. |
|
•
|
Minimum data set size is 30 Gb, which equates to: |

|
Reads for 2 x 100–175.00 million |
|
•
|
Reads for 2 x 150–116.67 million |
|
•
|
Maximum data set size is fewer than 300 gigabases, which equates to: |

•
|
Reads for 2 x 100—Approximately 1.0 billion |
|
•
|
Reads for 2 x 150—Approximately 665 million |
|
•
|
A maximum of 32 characters for sample name length. |
