PUMA

Pluggable Universal Metrics Analyzer (PUMA) is a software tool that computes various summary metrics for a sample.

PUMA produces metrics from BAM and VCF files. A set of individual modules compute the metrics, which are customized or extended for different use cases.

The analysis output includes summary metrics for the human genome build in a comma-delimited file format. For example, SAMPLENAME_S1.summary.csv.
