Add Clinical Trial Evidence
Use Clinical Trial evidence to support Clinical Trial associations.

In the Evidence panel, select the Add New Evidence drop-down arrow, and then select Clinical Trial. |

Enter the name of the registry in the Registry field. |
|
3.
|
Enter the Registry ID in the Registry ID field. |
|
4.
|
[Optional] Enter the following additional information: |
|

Enter the clinical trial phase in the Phase field. |
|
•
|
Enter the inclusion criteria in the Inclusion Criteria field. |
|
•
|
Select a date from the Open Date calendar. |
|
•
|
Select a date from the Close Date calendar. |
|
•
|
Enter the location in the Location field. |
|
5.
|
Enter a summary of the evidence in the Evidence Summary field. |
|
6.
|
[Optional] Enter additional information in the Evidence Overview field. |
