Add Guideline Evidence
Use Guideline evidence to support Prognostic and Predictive associations.

In the Evidence panel, select the Add New Evidence drop-down arrow, and then select Guideline. |

2.
|
Select the Guideline Organization drop-down arrow, and then select the guideline organization: |
|
•
|
ASCO—American Society of Clinical Oncology. |
|
•
|
CAP—College of American Pathologists. |
|
•
|
AMP—Association of Molecular Pathology. |
|
•
|
ESMO—European Society for Medical Oncology. |
|
•
|
NICE—National Institute for Heath and Care Excellence. |
|
•
|
EGAPP—Evaluation of Genomic Applications in Practice and Prevention. |
|
3.
|
Select the Guideline Type drop-down arrow, and then select the guideline type: |
|
•
|
Governmental—A guideline issued by a government body. |
|
•
|
Clinical—A guideline issued by a medical organization. |
|
4.
|
[Optional] Enter the following additional information: |
|
•
|
Enter the version in the Guideline Publication Version field. |
|
•
|
Enter the section in the Section field. |
|
•
|
Enter the retired date in the Retired Date field. |
|
5.
|
Select the Support Type drop-down arrow, and select a support type. The list of support types varies based on the association type. |

6.
|
Select the Evidence Strength drop-down arrow, and then select an evidence strength. Refer to ACMG Standards and Guidelines for classification criteria. |
NOTE
ACMG Supporting strength is equivalent to BaseSpace Variant Interpreter Weak strength.

7.
|
[Optional] Enter a summary of the evidence in the Evidence Summary field. |
