Review and Approve Curations
| 1. | In the Variant Details View, select an association that has a status of In Progress or Enabled*. See View Variant Details. |
| 2. | [Optional] If you are reviewing modifications to an enabled curation, use the following steps to compare the details. |
- Select Go Back to review the original curation details.
- Select Show Draft to return to the edited entries.
| 3. | Review the association and evidence. |
| 4. | [Optional] Select Edit to change curation details or evidence. |
NOTE
The Association Type, Transcript, Mutation Class, and Phenotype entries cannot be changed.
| 5. | To approve the curation, select Approve. |
The curation is approved and the status is changed to Enabled.

Curation data are not included in reports until the sample is reanalyzed. For more information, see Reanalyze a Sample.
