The TruSight Enrichment DNA Sample Preparation kits are based on the Nextera Enrichment DNA Sample Prep kits
and use the same reagents, but are designed to be used in conjunction with the TruSight Content Sets as the Custom Selected Oligos (CSO). The TruSight Enrichment DNA Sample Preparation protocol is the same as the Nextera Enrichment DNA Sample Prep protocol except for an increased number of cycles in the final PCR Amplification steps. To analyze the TruSight Content Sets via MiSeq Reporter Enrichment analysis flow, an Illumina provided manifest file is required. There is a unique manifest file for each TruSight Content Set. The manifest files can be downloaded from the Downloads
tab. For a portfolio overview see the TruSight Content Sets Overview

Note regarding biomarker patents and other patents unique to specific uses of products.
Some genomic variants, including some nucleic acid sequences, and their use in specific applications may be protected by patents. Customers are advised to determine whether they are required to obtain licenses from the party that owns or controls such patents in order to use the product in customer's specific application.
