Error - No Pending Registration

The following FAQs can help you resolve the No Pending Registration error, received when trying to register your product.

What should I do if I purchased a product but it’s not showing in my registration list?

  • Check in your email box for the registration email.
    • Click the link in the email message to get to the registration list.
    • If you did not receive the registration email, see below.
  • If the order was placed by someone else, they would have received the registration email. Have them register the product. Alternatively, they can add you as a software admin (see below) to allow you to register the product.

What should I do if I purchased a product but have not received the registration email?

  • Allow up to 30 minutes for email to be delivered.
  • Check your SPAM folder in case the email was flagged as spam.
  • Contact Customer Care for assistance.

I received a registration email, can I forward it to someone else to register the product?

  • The link in the email is unique to each user, do not forward the registration email.
  • To enable another user to register the product, log in via the link in the email, and assign the other user as a Software Admin.

How do I register my product?

  • Follow the link provided in the registration email.
  • If you are unable to register your product after following the link, contact Customer Care for assistance.
