Introduction
The BaseSpace Enrichment App v3.0 (formally named Isaac Enrichment) analyzes DNA samples that are enriched for particular target sequences using Nextera® Rapid Capture, Truseq Exome, or TruSeq Rapid Exome. The app uses the Isaac Aligner and Canvas, Manta, Pisces, and Starling variant callers.
When the analysis is complete, you can import BAM, VCF, and gVCF files in Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) to view the analysis results. You can also import VCF and gVCF files in VariantStudio and Variant Interpreter for viewing variant call information.
