You can use the Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) visualization tool to view the analysis results.

Also, you can use the Ilumina VariantStudio and BaseSpace Variant Interpreter (Beta) software to import variant call files (VCF, gVCF) to annotate variants, filter results using various filtering options, classify variant according to their biological impact, and export results to a report.
