Analysis Output

1 Navigate to the BaseSpace site.
2 To view the results, click the Projects tab, then the project name, and then the analysis.

Use the left navigation bar to access the following analysis output:

▶ Analysis Info—Information about the analysis session, including log files.
▶ Inputs—Overview of input settings.
▶ Output Files—Output files for the sample.
▶ Analysis Reports—A list of reports for a single sample pair.
