CYP2D6 CNV Caller Support

The CYP2D6 gene is among the most extensively studied genes involved in pharmacogenetics. Specifically, CYP2D6 copy number variations have shown to have a significant impact on drug metabolism in pharmacogenetic studies. The CYP2D6 CNV caller, in conjunction with the Global Screening Array, allows a deeper interrogation of the role of CYP2D6 in drug metabolic pathways.
