Coverage Histogram

The coverage histogram shows the number of reference bases plotted against the read depth (depth of coverage).

•

To view the overall frequency or a specific chromosome, expand the drop-down menu.

•

To save plot as tab-separated values (TSV), click Export TSV.

•

To keep the y-axis scale the same when comparing multiple chromosomes, select the Fix Y Scale checkbox.
