To view analysis output:

When analysis is complete, select the Projects tab in BaseSpace Sequence Hub. |

Select the project where the app results are stored, and then select the analysis. |

Click through the following pages to view the analysis results. |

Analysis Info—General information about the analysis session, including log files. |
|
•
|
Inputs—The TruSight Tumor 170 app results and settings specified for the analysis session. |
|
•
|
Output Files—Output files for the sample. |
|
•
|
Analysis Reports —A Summary report indicating the number of variants and files output for each sample. |
