Introduction

The BaseSpace® App TruSight® Tumor 170 + Watson for Genomics Converter processes app results from the TruSight Tumor 170 BaseSpace App. DNA and RNA results can be paired together, or processed separately, to convert TruSight Tumor 170 variant calling outputs into input files that are compatible with the Watson for Genomics portal.
