Set Analysis Parameters

Launch the app from BaseSpace Sequence Hub. |

Click TruSight Tumor 170 + Watson for Genomics Converter . |

From the drop-down list, select version 1.0.0, and then select Launch. |

[Optional] In the Analysis Name field, enter an analysis name of your preference. |
The default is the app name followed by the date and time the analysis session started.

In the Save Results field, click Select Project(s). |

In the Select Project(s) dialog box, do one of the following: |
|

Select an existing project to store the app results. |
|
•
|
Click New to create a project. Add a name and description, and click Create to add it to the projects list. |

In the Paired Samples field, click Select Up to 24 Pairs. |

Select and drag TruSight Tumor 170 app results for DNA, for RNA, or for both for each sample into the sample matrix. Do any of the following: |

Click the filters icon to filter the results by project.
|
|
•
|
To associate DNA and RNA together as a single sample, drag the DNA and RNA results to the same row. |
|
•
|
To generate results for DNA separately, leave the RNA entry for the row blank. |
|
•
|
To generate results for RNA separately, leave the DNA entry for the row blank. |

Click Confirm to save your sample configuration. |

Click Continue to start the analysis. |
When the analysis is complete, the app session status is automatically updated.
NOTE
TruSight Tumor 170 + Watson for Genomics Converter app results for each row are automatically named by concatenating the DNA and RNA names. Duplicate result names per session are not allowed. An error is displayed upon clicking Continue if duplicate names exist.
