Analysis Methods
The TruSight Tumor 170 + Watson for Genomics Converter app converts the variant calling output from the TruSight Tumor 170 app to file formats that are compatible with the Watson for Genomics software. TruSight Tumor 170 DNA and RNA variant calling outputs are filtered and translated to the following three file formats supported by Watson for Genomics:

| • | log2 file |
| • | Fusion file |
Each row of the App Input form is treated as a separate sample, and is processed individually to generate the relevant output files for that sample.
