From BaseSpace Sequence Hub, navigate to the project where the conversion results were saved. |

Under Analyses, select the conversion result(s) to download. |

Select Download Analysis. |

In the Download window, in the Select files to be downloaded area, select All analysis data files including Variant data (VCF), Aligned data (BAM), and FASTQ. |
All analysis files, including VCF, log2, fusion, and summary text output files are downloaded. The folder structure in the Output Files is maintained in the download.

Select Download your files. |

When prompted run the BaseSpaceDownloader. |
NOTE
If this is the first BaseSpace download, follow the prompt to install the BaseSpace downloader.

When prompted to confirm the download, designate the download directory, and select START DOWNLOAD to complete the workflow. |
