The Biosample Details page tracks the preparation, sequencing, and analysis of your biosamples.

Select a biosample to open the biosample details page. |

Select a tab to view or manage associated data: |

Summary—Lists general information about the biosample, status, sequencing yield, and custom metadata associated with the biosample. From here, you can edit or requeue a biosample. |

Libraries—Lists information about the libraries and pools associated with the biosample. From here, you can requeue a library or pool. |
NOTE
The Libraries tab includes data for runs planned in the Prep Tab, but Prep Tab actions cannot be performed here.

Runs—Lists information about the runs associated with the biosample. |
|
•
|
Requeues—Lists information about the requeues associated with the biosample. From here, you can cancel a requeue. |

Analyses—Lists information and statuses for analyses associated with the biosample. From here, you can edit, cancel, change QC, download, and delete analyses. To view the analyses list for all samples, select Analyses. |
