Kit Requirements

Performing a run requires one TruSeq Cluster Kit v3 and one TruSeq SBS Kit v3.

  • The cluster kit is available in available in paired-end (PE) and single-read (SR) versions. Both versions include clustering reagents for the cBot 2 or cBot System and indexing and paired-end reagents for the HiSeq 1000 System.
  • The SBS kit is available in two sizes: 200-cycle and 50-cycle. Both sizes include sequencing reagents to sequence one flow cellon the HiSeq 1000 System.
  • Both kits are single-use.

Contents and Storage

When you receive your kits, promptly store kit components at the indicated temperatures to ensure proper performance.

TruSeq Cluster Kit v3 reagents are shipped in four boxes on dry ice.  A flow cell, manifold, and accessories are also included.
