Kit Requirements

Performing a high output run requires one of the following kit combinations, depending on run mode. All kits are single-use.

  • HiSeq v4 mode—HiSeq Cluster Kit v4 and HiSeq SBS Kit v4
  • TruSeq v3 mode—TruSeq Cluster Kit v3 and TruSeq SBS Kit v3

The cluster kits are available in available in paired-end (PE) and single-read (SR) versions. Both versions contain clustering reagents for the cBot 2 or cBot System and indexing and paired-end reagents for the HiSeq 2000 System. The SBS kits include sequencing reagents to sequence one flow cell on the HiSeq 2000 System.

When you receive your kits, promptly store kit components at the indicated temperatures to ensure proper performance:
