Summary Report

Each analysis session includes a summary report of the conversion run. The report includes information about the processed variants and generated output files. Before using the output data in downstream analysis, review the Summary report to determine if each expected file was successfully generated.

The report includes the following information.

Name — App Result Name

DNA Sample ID — Sample ID in the TruSight Tumor 170 DNA app results

•

RNA Sample ID — Sample ID in the TruSight Tumor 170 RNA app results

•

Small Variants (Counts) —Total number of small variants in VCF output

•

Splice Variants (Counts)— Total number of splice variants in VCF output

•

Copy Number Variants (Counts) —Total number of copy number variants in CNV output

•

Fusions (Counts) —Total number of fusion variants in Fusions output

•

Total number of outputs created and expected

•

Warning and error information as applicable
