Change Your Password

Your user name and password are the same across all BaseSpace products except Enterprise domain and BaseSpace Sequence Hub China, which require separate accounts. You can change your password from the settings page or the BaseSpace account dashboard at accounts.login.illumina.com.

Your password must meet the following requirements:

At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
At least eight characters
