Download Audit Log

The audit log provides a record of events, recording details such as the date and time of the event and which user performed it.

1. Select the Account drop-down arrow, and then select Audit Log.
2. Select the Start Date and End Date for the report.
3. Add one or more cases as follows:
  1. In the Case/Analysis Result field, enter a case.
    As you type, a list of possible matches appears to assist your search.
  2. Select a match from the list or press Enter.
  3. To remove an entry, select the Clear icon on the right side of the case name.
4. Select Download Log.
5. Save the downloaded file as a tab-separated values file.
