Export Variants
Export variants to a tab-separated value (*.TSV) file. The export file lists up to 10,000 small variants (SNVs, MNVs, Indels), 2500 CNVs, or 2500 SVs with details provided by the variant caller and annotation engine.
| 1. | Select the More drop-down arrow, and then select Export. |
| 2. | Browse to the location you want to save the project, enter a file name and .txt extension, and select Save. |
