MiSeq Reporter is the bioinformatics data analysis software built into the MiSeq. MiSeq Reporter is available as a standalone software for installation on a US–English, 64–bit Windows workstation. See Computing Requirements.

The Illumina Annotation Engine Support files enable analysis of the TruSight Tumor 15 workflow. This download includes a link to the installer from a secure file transfer location.
dbSNP is the NCBI databse used to annotate variants found during analysis by MiSeq Reporter. This download includes a link to the updater from a secure file transfer location, and instructions for downloading and installing the update.

The MiSeq v3.1 software updater contains the latest version of MiSeq Control Software (MCS v3.1).
For full installation instructions, see the installation notes included with the updater download package. Reference Genome v184.108.40.206 is compatible with Local Run Manager for MiSeq. Some Local Run Manager modules may require update to the Reference Genome. Refer to the module instructions on the Local Run Manager support page.
